Drueding Center’s staff and Board leaders support the excellence, sustainability, and impact of all our programs, and they work to put our families on solid ground, often for the very first time.
Staff Management Team
Anne Marie Collins – VP/Executive Director, is responsible for all administrative and program operations at Drueding Center. Her extensive background in case management and counseling, including her time as Drueding Center’s program director, provides the basis for guiding our team in the delivery of trauma-informed care for homeless families. Anne Marie works closely with Drueding Center’s Board of Directors and with outside agencies that partner with us in combating homelessness. Her familiarity with all operational aspects of Drueding Center enables her to provide the administrative leadership necessary for an effective, responsive and efficient organization. She joined Drueding Center in 1992 as an After Care Case Manager and holds a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.

Beth McLean – Director of Residential Services, is responsible for the coordination of case management and educational services for residential families. She supervises two assistant directors (Residential and Education) and two clinical therapists. Her team includes three Family Advocates (case managers), the Food Pantry Coordinator and five Residential Aides. She joined Drueding Center in 2007 and holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Catherine Benjamin – Director of Child Care, manages the daily operations of our NAEYC accredited and licensed Child Care Center, comprised of our Infant/Toddler, Preschool and the School Age Programs. She joined Drueding Center in 2005 as a Head Teacher in the Infant classroom. She holds a Director’s credential and a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Chestnut Hill College.

Ron Allen - Director of Community Services, provides program oversight for Drueding Center’s After Care services, the Blueprint to End Homelessness case management program, and New Neighbors, a permanent supportive housing program for families with a documented disability. His responsibilities include quality assurance activities, data reporting and functioning as liaison to partnering agencies. He holds a Master of Health Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University.

Nadia Frazier- Assistant Director of Residential Services, is responsible for the coordination of intake and case management services for the residential families through the direct supervision of the three Family Advocates (case managers). She joined Drueding Center in 2014 as a family advocate and advanced to Assistant Director in 2017. She holds a Masters of Psychology degree from the University of Phoenix.

Cheree Webster-Jones – Assistant Director of Education, is responsible for the coordination of all in-house educational programming for clients and identification of external resources. In addition, she supervises the Green Light food pantry and the residential aide team. Cheree started her career at Drueding Center in 2010 as a part-time residential aide and then became an After Care Family Advocate. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University. She also attained a Post-Master’s certification in Higher Education & Adult Learning and Conflict Resolution & Negotiation.
