Stairway to Our Future

Families make up the largest number of the homeless in America yet they are often invisible.

For the past 35 years, Drueding Center has made a difference in more than 11,000 individuals who have participated in at least one of our many programs. Using a trauma-informed and housing-first approach, we partner with families experiencing homelessness to build skills to heal from trauma, restore hope, and end the cycle of homelessness.

Drueding Center works with families to enhance their lives by providing a temporary home so they can take the first steps in ending their homelessness. Our programs provide supportive services to our resident families and formerly homeless families living in the community so they never experience homelessness again. 

Our high-quality child care provides our youngest clients the opportunity to learn through play and start their journey on the right step. Our Green Light Food pantry remains committed to supporting the surrounding food-insecure community, by providing access to healthy and nutritious food.
