Our dedicated leaders help make serving the most vulnerable possible – and give families the skills to heal from trauma, restore hope, and end homelessness.

 

 

Anne Marie Collins – VP/Executive Director,is responsible for all administrative and program operations at Drueding Center.  Her extensive background in case management and counseling, including her time as Drueding Center’s program director, provides the basis for guiding our team in the delivery of trauma-informed care for homeless families.  Anne Marie works closely with Drueding Center’s Board of Directors and with outside agencies that partner with us in combating homelessness.  Her familiarity with all operational aspects of Drueding Center enables her to provide the administrative leadership necessary for an effective, responsive, and efficient organization.  She joined Drueding Center in 1992 as an After Care Case Manager and holds a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.

Kerreen Franklin – Director of Family Services, provides program oversight for Drueding Center’s transitional housing, After Care services, the Blueprint to End Homelessness case management program, and New Neighbors, a permanent supportive housing program for families with a documented disability.  Her responsibilities include quality assurance activities, data reporting and functioning as liaison to partnering agencies. Prior to joining the social service space, Kerreen worked as a medical book publishing programmer after completing her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Peirce College. She also holds a Master of Social Service and Master of Law & Social Policy from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research; and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Angela Arrey-Wastavino – Director of Child Care, manages the daily operations of our NAEYC accredited and licensed Child Care Center, comprised of our Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and PHLpreK Programs. She supervises supporting personnel and the teaching team by coaching, advising and providing professional development. She also develops and reviews policies, procedures, and programs outcomes. Serving as community liaison, she expects to maintain excellence, to bring new resources to the center to benefit children, and to lead with empathy and compassion. Angela joined Drueding Center in 2025 and holds a B.A. in ESL, an M.A. in Elementary Education and a Ph.D. in Childhood and Teacher Education.

Pamela Blackwell - Assistant Director of Family Services, provides direct supervision to the Family Advocates from all program areas, transitional housing, After Care, Blueprint and New Neighbors and is responsible for program development and implementation.  Prior to joining Drueding Center in 2025, Pamela worked in social services in Child welfare as a program director in foster care and kinship care; Pamela holds a PA certification in case management. Pamela also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Leadership from Eastern University.

Angelina D’AcuntoOutcomes/Compliance Coordinator, coordinates all data entry, analysis, and reporting of program outcomes to aid program development and ensure the highest quality of service delivery. She joined Drueding Center in 2025 and holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia.
